I am experienced in many evidence-based therapy modalities, including attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, internal family systems principles, and solution-focused therapy. I combine these and more to tailor therapy to your unique needs. I especially enjoy working with people wishing to work through past complex trauma experiences and religious trauma experiences.
